B.Eng. Tomas Andres Hernandez

Mr. Andres has degrees in Automation & Power Electronic Engineering (UPV - Valencia), Bachelor Electronic Engineer with Honors (Middlesex – London), Executive MBA (APD-PEAKS Business School), CAD/CAM/CIM Master (UPV – Valencia) and completed his formation at IESE Business School, AENOR and SGS among others.

Mr. Andres has been involved in private companies and different business areas since year 1997, so his approach to the subjects is wide and deep from a professional point of view and close to drive and manage real situations. In year 2000 he started to review and create the Strategic Plan for Asian markets and has cooperated in different steering committees in different industry sectors for years (mainly automotive and electronics manufacturing). Since 2018, he holds the position of Project Management Office Director at a global company Fermax Electronica as an experienced team builder and coach responsible for driving new product development from idea to market and for analysis and control of resources, investments, planning and implementation.

Mr. Andres has cooperated with different business schools and acted as lecturer for years to audiences in more than 10 countries. His approach to these subjects mix the tools and methods with his long experience and success stories to let students achieve a deep learning that can be used in real situations.
